NXT Interim & Recruitment is now looking for a Project Manager for industrial investments for an assignment with a client in the manufacturing industry. The position is located in Landskrona.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and following up on investment projects related to production equipment and production facilities. The work encompasses the entire investment process – from early needs analysis and procurement to implementation and commissioning – with responsibility for timelines, budgets, and deliveries.

You will lead a cross-functional project team consisting of experienced technical specialists, purchasing functions, and financial support. Together, you will ensure that technical requirements, functionality, and business goals are met. Real estate-related investments are handled in collaboration with the responsible real estate organization.

Examples of tasks:

• Lead and follow up investment projects against established goals regarding time, cost, and quality
• Distribute and coordinate work within the project group
• Compile decision-making materials for investment approvals
• Plan and lead the implementation and commissioning of new production solutions
• Ensure collaboration between technology, purchasing, finance, and operations

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading larger or medium-sized investment projects
• Background in the manufacturing industry
• Preferably experience in production technology work
• Experience in investments in production equipment and production facilities
• Knowledge in areas such as welding, cutting, sheet metal forming, machining, and surface treatment is an advantage

Personal qualities:

• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented
• Strong collaboration skills and experience in leading teams
• Solution-oriented with a strong technical interest
• Meticulous and accustomed to working methodically

Experience with business systems such as Aveva ERM and Hansa is an advantage.
You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

Scope and conditions:

This is a fixed-term employment with NXT Interim Malmö AB for an assignment with our client for 6 months with the possibility of extension, starting as agreed but preferably as soon as possible. We apply collective agreements.
