About the roleAs a Plumbing Technician , you will be an important part of our projects, from planning to final installation. We are looking for an experienced person who wants to be a central part of our installations. The role involves responsibility for the plumbing part of customer projects, in close collaboration with electricians and project management.

In this role, you will be our specialist in plumbing and an important part of establishing and developing plumbing expertise within the organization. You will help build working methods, structure, and standards for the area while also working operationally in installation and commissioning. The role suits you if you enjoy responsibility, independence, and the opportunity to influence how the business should be shaped going forward.

Responsibilities

• Drive your own technical projects

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation

• Plan customer assignments and communicate with project managers

• Conduct self-inspections and report according to procedures

• Make minor purchases of materials as needed

• Ensure safety, quality, and a high customer experience

We are looking for someone who has

• Professional certification as a Plumbing Installer and documented working hours (BYN or equivalent)

• Safe Water certification

• Experience in installations and service of pipes, water, and boilers

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner

• Good communication skills and enjoys customer contact

Meritorious

• Experience of running a sole proprietorship or own business in plumbing
