About the Role

In the role of Project Manager, you are responsible for driving contracting projects within commercial properties, residential projects, and some industrial projects – from the early stages to completion. The projects vary in scope and content and can, for example, be commercial premises, public buildings, larger apartment projects, or installations related to cooling and industrial solutions.

You step in when the project is secured and help plan, organize, and execute it together with your colleagues. The role involves close collaboration with installers, welders, suppliers, and external partners. You work with several projects in parallel and have overall responsibility where structure, economy, and progress are in focus.

The operations are based in Helsingborg, but projects are also carried out in the Malmö region and other parts of Scania, where the demand for larger contracting projects is increasing.

More concretely, the position includes:

• Drive and lead contracting projects from start to finish
• Plan resources and staffing together with the lead installer and installers
• Responsible for the project's economy, forecasts, and follow-up
• Handle purchases towards suppliers
• ETA (Estimated Total Amount) management and economic dialogue with building contractors
• Ongoing customer contact and collaboration with site managers, suppliers, and installers
• Ensure that projects are driven efficiently, structured, and with good profitability

About You

At the same time, you are confident in yourself and dare to make decisions, drive issues forward, and take responsibility for your projects.

The following are requirements for the position:

• Several years of experience from the plumbing/piping industry
• Experience in driving projects, or alternatively having been a lead installer or having similar responsibility
• Good understanding of project management and project economics
• Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish
• Good computer literacy
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Start: According to agreement

Location: Helsingborg

Travel: Approximately half the time out on projects, the remaining time at the office.

Scope: Full-time

Working hours: 07:00-16:00 Mon-Fri

Salary: According to agreement
