About Us
Do you want to be part of attracting and recruiting the competence needed to shape the energy society of the future? In our recruitment and employer branding team at E.ON Sweden, you will have the opportunity to work broadly and support the entire business in finding the right competence for both today's and future needs. Here, operational recruitment is combined with strategic development work, where you will help develop our ways of working, strengthen our employer brand, and contribute to E.ON's continued development.

In our team, we are currently seven colleagues in Malmö, and now we want to welcome a Senior Recruiter who wants to contribute with their experience, drive both broad and more complex recruitments, and continue developing our efforts within Employer Branding together with us.

Your Role
In this role, your main focus is on recruitment. You drive several recruitment processes in parallel from start to finish and work closely with managers and other stakeholders to secure the right competence for the business. The role involves both broad recruitments and more complex or senior processes, including executive roles, where you act as an important partner to the business.

You contribute with structure, quality, and security throughout the entire recruitment process and create a strong and inclusive candidate experience, where diversity, inclusion, and neuroinclusion are a natural part of our way of working. In addition to recruitment, you will also have a complementary responsibility within Employer Branding, where you help plan and carry out activities that strengthen our visibility as an employer. You also contribute to developing our ways of working and processes in close collaboration with both the team and the business, to create quality and efficiency in our work.

Your Experience
We are looking for you who have experience in independently driving recruitment processes, both broad processes and more complex, senior recruitments such as executive/managerial recruitments. You are confident in your role, accustomed to working closely with various stakeholders, and have the ability to create structure even when the pace is high and several processes are running simultaneously. Experience with Employer Branding is an advantage.

You take responsibility for your processes from start to finish, find it easy to build trust, and contribute to an open and inclusive collaborative climate. We also believe that you are unpretentious, share knowledge, and enjoy collaborating with others to find the best solutions.
