Within Asset Management, we are part of E.ON Energidistribution and work closely with the operations of the local grid. Here, we are responsible for creating the prerequisites needed to build, develop, and maintain Sweden's electricity grid.

You will become part of the Agreement & Supplier Steering group, where we work on developing, managing, and following up on our framework agreements with contractors and suppliers. Through our agreements, we ensure that the right competence, resources, and materials are available to meet the high demands placed on energy distribution. We are in the midst of a comprehensive energy transition and electrification, where the demand for the electricity grid is growing rapidly. In this work, strong partnerships and well-functioning agreements are crucial. Our team consists of eight colleagues with deep expertise in agreements, contracting, and business.

About the Role
As an Operations Developer, you play a central role in supporting the local grid operations regarding agreements, contractors, and business solutions. You act as an expert and advisor in dialogues with both internal clients and external contractors.

Most issues are handled within the operations, but when more complex situations arise, you step in as the representative to drive the issue forward. You will be responsible for one of our most extensive contracting agreements within projects and grid expansion – agreements that are crucial for our ability to deliver our assignments.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Act as an advisory expert in agreement and negotiation matters
• Ensure that our framework agreements work in practice and create the right prerequisites for delivery
• Drive dialogue and negotiations with contractors in complex business matters
• Interpret and apply contractual terms and contribute to solutions when different perspectives need to meet
• Collaborate closely with functions such as procurement, legal, HSE, and the line organization
• Contribute to the development of agreement structures and business models
• Communicate and explain agreement content to the operations, for example through presentations

The role involves many contact surfaces and broad responsibility – from strategic discussions regarding agreement development to concrete issues in ongoing projects.

The position involves regular travel between our establishments in Sweden, which means a valid driver's license (Category B) is a requirement.

Your Experience
We are looking for you who are an experienced and confident professional in your role and who thrives in a communicative position. In your work, you will often explain and present how our agreements should be interpreted and used, both in meetings and for larger groups. Therefore, it is important that you feel comfortable giving presentations and making complex issues understandable to others.

You have a basic understanding of how the electricity grid is structured, but above all, a good ability to immerse yourself in and interpret agreements. You can navigate the legal logic, identify solutions, and drive dialogues forward in a business-like manner when different perspectives need to meet.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience from positions where you have worked close to agreements, business, or negotiations, for example within procurement. Knowledge of contracting law and the standard agreements AB and ABT is particularly valuable. Since the agreements often involve large values, a good economic understanding is also important. It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of the EBR catalog.
