ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Electronics Developer, you will work on the development of embedded systems, electronics design, and product development in close collaboration with customers and colleagues. The projects often cover the entire development chain – from concept and prototypes to industrialization and mass production. You might, for example, work with circuit boards that combine USB, Bluetooth, 5G, sensors, and power electronics, where each project involves new technical challenges and new products to master.

The company is an engineering-driven consulting firm with a strong passion for electronics and software development. From their office in central Lund, they help customers develop everything from innovative startup products to advanced industrial systems for international companies. The projects span many different areas, meaning you will continuously have the opportunity to learn new technologies and build broad competence in electronics and embedded systems.

Unlike many consulting firms, approximately 85 percent of assignments are conducted in-house in the company's own premises and well-equipped electronics labs. This gives you the opportunity to work closely with colleagues, share knowledge, and be part of a strong technical environment. Some assignments take place at the customer's site, both for shorter and longer periods, but the ambition is always to find setups that work for both employees and projects.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO HAVE:

• At least three years of experience in electronics development
• Relevant engineering degree, preferably a Master of Science in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or similar
• Experience with circuit design and PCB layout
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Not strictly necessary, but advantageous if you have experience/knowledge in:

• MCU and MPU
• Radio and communication solutions
• Sensors
• Power electronics and high voltage
• Rapid prototyping
• Mass production and industrialization

Alongside technical competence, personal qualities are highly valued. They are looking for someone who is flexible, solution-oriented, and sees opportunities in new challenges. You don't need to know everything from the start – the most important thing is that you are curious, take responsibility, and have the ability to quickly get up to speed in new areas.
