About the role

TeknikAkademin Norden AB is looking for a welding instructor who wants to train tomorrow's welders and industry specialists.

As an educator, you are responsible for planning, conducting, and developing teaching in welding, materials science, and blueprint reading. You help students develop both practical and theoretical knowledge according to industry standards.

Your responsibilities

• Teach welding and welding technology
• Instruct in various welding methods and material knowledge
• Introduce blueprint reading, measuring techniques, and quality control
• Supervise students in practical welding tasks and workshop work
• Connect theory to practical applications and industry requirements

We are looking for someone who

• Has professional experience as a welder or welding technician
• Has good knowledge of common welding methods, materials, and blueprint reading
• Has experience with quality control and safe working methods
• Is pedagogical, structured, and communicative
• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits: Experience in teaching or supervision, as well as valid welding certificates.
