What are my responsibilities? ⚡👷‍♀️⚒️

As a technician with us, you maintain critical infrastructure; you build and service the communication networks of the future. The tasks mainly consist of building building and office networks, installing outlets, and installing equipment – such as screens or projectors – that are needed in an office environment.

Examples of tasks:

• Run fiber and copper networks
• Install outlets and access points
• Install equipment in conference rooms
• Run cables for data networks to new workstations
• Install cable ladders
• Terminate copper connections
• Troubleshooting
• Simple electrical work

In some cases, lighter electrical work as well as welding and fiber blowing may also occur. The work is mostly performed indoors.

As a technician, you have many different contacts, both with our production planner who distributes and schedules work for available technicians, and with the customer when needed. Sometimes you need to ensure that you procure what is needed to solve the problem for the customer, in which case communication is key.

You report your hours daily via phone or computer and report continuously during and after completed work. Naturally, you maintain close dialogue with our production planner and our customers so that they are updated on how the work is progressing.

You work primarily in Skåne / Halland but travel may occur as we always help each other in the team when needed.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

• Have a high school education with a technical focus or equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways
• Have a genuine interest in technology
• Have good Swedish in speech and writing as well as good understanding of English
• Have a B-driver's license for manual transmission

As a person, you are engaged and do what is required to solve the task, driven by maintaining high customer satisfaction. You are independent and have an easy time communicating with both colleagues and customers. The position is security-classified, therefore approved security clearance and Swedish citizenship are requirements.

The advertisement concerns a permanent full-time position starting with a 6-month probationary period.
