What are my responsibilities? ⚡👷‍♀️⚒️

As a technician here, you maintain critical infrastructure; you build and service the communication networks of the future. The tasks mainly consist of building building and office networks, installing outlets, and installing equipment – such as screens or projectors – needed in an office environment. Examples of tasks include:

• Laying fiber and copper networks
• Installing outlets and access points
• Installing equipment in conference rooms
• Running cables for data networks to new workstations
• Installing cable trays
• Terminating copper connections
• Troubleshooting
• Simple electrical work

In some cases, lighter electrical work as well as welding and fiber blowing may also occur. The work is mostly performed indoors.

As a technician, you have many different contacts, both with our production planner who distributes and schedules work for available technicians, and with the customer when needed. Sometimes you need to ensure you procure what is needed to solve the customer's problem, where communication is key.

You report your hours daily via phone or computer and report continuously during and after completed work. Naturally, you maintain close dialogue with our production planner and our customers so they are updated on how the work is progressing.

You work primarily in Skåne, but travel may occur as we always help each other in the team when needed.

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

• Have a high school education with a technical focus or equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways
• Have a genuine interest in technology
• Have good Swedish in speech and writing as well as good understanding of English
• Have a B-driver's license for manual transmission

As a person, you are engaged and do what is required to solve the task, driven by maintaining high customer satisfaction. You are independent and have an easy time communicating with both colleagues and customers. The position is security classified, therefore approved security clearance and Swedish citizenship are requirements.
