We are looking for an Automation Engineer for a consulting assignment with a global industrial conglomerate in Lund. Start in September, initially until the turn of the year, with a good opportunity for extension. The assignment is a full-time position, on-site in Lund.

About the role

You will become part of a cross-functional Scrum team of about ten people delivering complete machine solutions, within an organization with about twenty automation engineers. You will work across the entire chain:

• Analysis, system design, and requirements work
• Development and modification of PLC programs, HMI, and databases
• Testing, commissioning, and documentation
• Customer support, troubleshooting, and training of customer personnel

We are looking for someone who has

• A university degree in automation (Bachelor's or Master's)
• Extensive experience with PLC programming
• Experience with the entire development process, from documentation and development to testing and commissioning
• Fluent English, both spoken and written

Experience with Rockwell is a plus. As a person, you are curious, enjoy learning new things, and thrive in an environment where things are happening.
