About the role

As a Trade & Transportation Administrator, you are responsible for coordinating the entire logistics chain, from incoming materials to final delivery to the end customer. You work integrated with the purchasing and order departments to ensure that transport flows are both efficient and secure.

Key responsibilities

The role involves operational responsibility for planning, booking, and following up on transports. You act as the hub between suppliers, couriers, and internal departments to solve logistical challenges and optimize delivery precision. Your responsibilities also include:

  • Planning and booking shipments domestically, within the EU, and to countries outside the EU.
  • Managing and ensuring correct transport documentation for all flows.
  • Reviewing, checking, and approving transport invoices.
  • Handling dangerous goods according to ADR, IMDG, and IATA regulations.
  • Performing delivery monitoring and handling goods stuck in customs.
  • Troubleshooting and handling claims for damaged or lost goods.
  • Maintaining and developing professional relationships with transport suppliers.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in transport planning and coordination of logistics flows.
  • Has a valid certification for the transport of dangerous goods (ADR, IMDG, and IATA).
  • Has good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience working digitally.
  • Has fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Merits include

  • Experience working in TMS systems, such as nShift.
  • Experience packing dangerous goods, especially lithium batteries.
