Klippan Safety is at the absolute forefront of the industry regarding innovation and development of interior systems and safety products for passenger cars and heavy vehicles. We are a system supplier to the international automotive industry with unique competence in safety and comfort.

With operations in Sweden, Germany, Poland, and Brazil, we combine global presence with local anchoring. We work closely with our customers throughout the entire development process to create innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions. The culture at Klippan Safety is characterized by collaboration, lack of hierarchy, and strong engagement. Here, we help each other succeed and believe in the power of teamwork.

About the role

As a Technical Project Manager, you will have a central role in our development organization. You will be responsible for leading projects from idea to finished product according to our project model. You will drive projects with a focus on quality, schedule, and economy while ensuring close collaboration between customers, development, production, purchasing, and quality. The role involves significant personal responsibility and the opportunity to influence both the execution of projects and future working methods.

Your main responsibilities

  • Lead and drive development projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure delivery according to set requirements for quality, time, and budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams.
  • Act as the customer's contact person for project-related matters.
  • Plan, monitor, and report project status.
  • Manage risks, deviations, and changes during the project.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of processes, routines, and working methods.

You will work on several parallel projects where budgets range from hundreds of thousands to multi-million SEK.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who combine technical understanding with a strong drive to lead people and projects forward.

You are structured, analytical, and solution-oriented. At the same time, you are communicative and thrive in the role of coordinator between different stakeholders. You easily build trust, establish good relationships, and dare to make decisions when needed.

To succeed in the role, we also believe you:

  • Are self-reliant and responsible.
  • Have natural leadership skills and high execution ability.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Are non-hierarchical and collaboration-oriented.
  • Have "thick skin" and can drive issues forward even in challenging situations.
  • Are curious and want to contribute to continuous development.

We are looking for someone who has

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in project management within the industry or automotive sector.
  • Relevant technical higher education or university degree.
  • Experience driving complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Good proficiency in project planning, monitoring, and reporting.

Experience from the automotive industry is an advantage, as is knowledge of APQP, VDA-MLA, or other relevant quality models. Knowledge of German or Polish is a plus, but not a requirement.

Our offer

We are a successful Swedish international company with a highly motivated and supportive organization. The company is permeated by an entrepreneurial spirit where there is the opportunity to work broadly with all parts and functions of the business.
