At Lantmännen, we are undertaking extensive development of our production facilities, where digitalization, standardization, and cybersecurity are high on the agenda. To meet future requirements, including NIS2 and increased demands for robust OT environments, we are now looking for an OT Specialist.

What you will do

As an OT Specialist, you will play a central role in developing, standardizing, and securing our production-proximate IT and OT environments. You will work closely with our feed mills, grain receiving stations, seed facilities, and plant breeding stations across Sweden, becoming a key link between production, IT, cybersecurity functions, and external suppliers.

The role combines operational responsibility with long-term development. You will contribute to ensuring stable operations today while building tomorrow's OT environments through improved working methods, technical standards, and security structures.

Your main areas of responsibility include:

• Ensuring stable operation, support, and lifecycle management of production-proximate IT and OT solutions.
• Driving improvement initiatives within standardization, digitalization, and technical development of our facilities.
• Contributing to the development of secure OT environments in line with internal security requirements and external regulations such as NIS2.
• Participating in the inventory, classification, and risk assessment of OT assets and critical systems.
• Acting as a technical requirement setter during procurement and implementation of new solutions.
• Collaborating with operations, IT, cybersecurity specialists, and suppliers to ensure robust and future-proof solutions.
• Contributing to the development of common working methods, technical standards, and governance for OT within Lantmännen.

What you need to succeed

We are looking for someone with experience in industrial environments who thrives in a role where technology, production, and security meet.

You have

• Experience with OT, industrial IT, or production-proximate IT in manufacturing or process-oriented operations.
• A good understanding of industrial networks, servers, client environments, and business-critical production systems.
• Experience in technical requirement setting, supplier management, and implementation of technical improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity in OT environments and an understanding of frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements such as NIS2.
• Experience in asset management, documentation, and risk-based work in technical environments.
• Relevant education in IT, OT, automation, or equivalent experience.
• A valid driver's license (Category B) and the ability to travel regularly to our facilities in Sweden.
