Do you want to work in a high-tech environment where you can contribute to some of Sweden's most advanced projects? We are now looking for a Purchasing Project Manager and/or Material Planner for a consulting assignment within the defense industry.

About the assignment

In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and lead purchasing activities in various submarine projects. You will become an important part of the project organization and be responsible for ensuring that materials and purchasing activities are carried out according to the project's schedule, quality, and business goals.

The work involves close collaboration with project management, procurement, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient material flows and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead purchasing activities within ongoing projects
• Ensure material supply according to the project schedule
• Coordinate purchasing and material planning issues with internal and external parties
• Follow up on deliveries and handle deviations
• Contribute to an efficient and structured execution of the project's purchasing work

We are looking for someone who

• Has 1–3 years of relevant work experience in purchasing, material planning, or a related field
• Has participated in or carried out similar tasks previously
• Has documented competence in the field through education and/or relevant work experience
• Works in a structured and independent manner with defined tasks
• Thrives in a project-oriented environment and has good collaboration skills
