Do you want to lead technical projects where innovation meets real customer challenges? On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Technical Project Manager for an established technology company that develops customized automation solutions and special machines for some of the most technology-intensive industries in the Nordics.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Technical Project Manager, you are responsible for driving customer projects from quote and design to final delivery. You have overall responsibility for the project's economy, schedule, and quality, ensuring that deliveries meet the customers' requirements and expectations.

You become a central link between customers, suppliers, and internal specialist teams, ensuring that different competencies collaborate to move the projects forward. You work closely with designers, automation engineers, and production in projects consisting of customized automation solutions and special machines where every delivery is unique.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and drive customer projects through the entire project lifecycle.
  • Responsible for the project's economy, schedule, and quality.
  • Coordinate internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
  • Work closely with designers, automation engineers, and production to ensure project progress.
  • Participate in quotation work and the development of customized technical solutions.
  • Ensure that technical requirements and quality goals are met.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

Have a technical background in areas such as automation, design, or mechanical engineering and have worked with complex industrial solutions. Perhaps you currently work in a technical role and want to take the next step towards project management, or you already have experience driving smaller projects or sub-projects.

We would appreciate it if you have experience from industry-related operations, for example within automation or machine construction. Most importantly, you have a good technical understanding, a structured approach to work, and thrive in a role where you get to coordinate people, technology, and customer needs.

For the role, we would like you to have:

  • Relevant higher education or university degree in engineering or a similar field.
  • Experience driving projects, sub-projects, or technical deliveries.
  • Good ability to understand and work based on technical specifications.
  • Experience from operations where quality, structure, and documentation are important parts of the work.
  • Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:

This is a consultancy assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday before transitioning to a direct employment at the company.
