We are now looking for an engaged and business-minded project manager who wants to help develop our electrical and automation-related projects. As a project manager at Eltecno in Vellinge, you will have a central role where you combine technical competence, structure, and customer dialogue to ensure successful project deliveries.

About the role

As a project manager, you are responsible for leading and driving projects from start to finish. You ensure that projects are carried out according to agreed schedules, budgets, and quality requirements, while acting as a key connecting link between customers, suppliers, and internal resources.

The role involves significant personal responsibility, offering you the opportunity to influence project execution and contribute to long-term customer relationships.

Your main responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and follow up on electrical and automation projects from initiation to delivery.
• Calculate and budget projects while ensuring good project profitability.
• Be responsible for resource planning and coordination of technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure that projects are carried out according to current regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
• Participate in customer meetings, identify needs, and create optimal technical solutions together with the customer.
• Maintain clear and professional dialogue with customers, suppliers, and internal partners.
• Handle risk analyses and follow up on quality, economy, and project results.

We are looking for someone who has

• An engineering degree in electrical engineering, automation, or equivalent experience acquired through work life.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in project management within electrical engineering, automation, or related fields.
• Good understanding of electrical and automation systems, including PLC, HMI, and SCADA.
• Experience with contract law and working according to forms such as AB04, ABT06, or similar.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver’s license (Category B).

Qualifying experience

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Certification in electrical installation, e.g., Authorized Electrician (AL).
• Experience with CAD programs for electrical design (we work with E-Plan).
• Knowledge in energy efficiency and industrial automation.
• Experience from the contracting or installation industry.
