ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Junior Mechanical Engineer, you will become part of an experienced team working on the development and improvement of manufacturing processes, production equipment, and technical solutions. You will work closely with both production and development and will be supported by a mentor during your onboarding.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Design and development of fixtures and technical aids.
- Production support and technical problem-solving.
- Creation of technical documentation, layouts, and specifications.
- Participation in tests, analyses, and development projects.
- Collaboration with various functions to improve products, processes, and manufacturing methods.
In the long term, there are good opportunities to take on greater responsibility within process development, production engineering, and technical improvement projects.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical education.
- Have a genuine interest in technology and want to develop within production and process development.
- Have basic knowledge of CAD.
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
PREFFERENCES:
- Experience from the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge in design, materials engineering, or strength of materials.
- Experience with simulation or technical analysis.
- Programming skills, for example Python.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:
This is a consultancy assignment, meaning you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from both the Client and our side is that you will eventually be hired directly by the Client.
