We are currently in an exciting development phase where we continue to invest in digitalization and smarter production processes. The investment in TopSolid is an important part of this initiative and will strengthen the link between design, preparation, and production. As part of our team, you will have a central role in developing our working methods and helping to shape the future production flow at Tantum.

About the role

The position combines technical 3D design with production preparation and business development. Initially, the focus is on implementing and adapting TopSolid so that the system becomes a natural part of our production flow. Once the foundation is in place, you will work on creating 3D models, drawings, and production documentation for new projects, as well as further developing our digital working methods.

Summary of responsibilities

• Implement and develop TopSolid in the company's production flow
• Adapt the system to the needs of the business
• Create 3D drawings and complete production documentation
• Ensure that drawing documentation generates correct detail drawings, cut notes, saw lists, and CNC programs
• Contribute to more efficient work processes and quality-assured production
• Support the costing and sales departments with technical documentation as needed

This is a key role in the development of a more digital, efficient, and quality-assured production flow.

We want you to contribute with the following experience and competencies

• Have 2-3 years of experience in CAD or 3D design, preferably with the CAD tool TopSolid
• Have a technical interest and understanding of production
• Have good knowledge of reading drawings
• Have good general computer skills (especially Excel)
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Have a driver's license for a passenger car

You are fundamentally a technically knowledgeable and preferably handy person. You are responsible, structured, and meticulous to ensure the quality of the final product. You possess well-developed logical thinking. You enjoy developing and improving working methods and processes. You are socially competent, as it is important that you fit into our team/group and can collaborate with the rest of the company and our customers.

Workplace and our working hours

The work takes place at our facility in Malmö. We have the following working hours (06:30-16:05 Monday-Thursday, 06:30-12:30 Friday).
