Supply Planner/Planner to Orkla Foods, Tollarp

We are now looking for a Supply Planner for Orkla Foods' factory in Tollarp. Here, you will have the opportunity to work right between the factory and the headquarters, gaining insight into both production, purchasing, and the interface with sales. You will become a key person who contributes to securing deliveries and developing our processes – your voice carries weight when we solve challenges and drive improvements.

About the role

In the role of Supply Planner, you will become an important part of the Tollarp factory and be responsible for operational production planning, where the plan is optimized based on delivery security, productivity, and inventory value. A central part of the work is also to ensure that raw materials are in place at the right time, so that production can flow as intended. Here you get to combine independent analytical work with close collaboration both within the factory and with central functions, contributing to a way of working characterized by clarity, cohesion, and job satisfaction.

The daily contact with production means that the pace is varied and priorities may shift, while collaboration with the Supply Network Planner, Demand Planner, and factory management gives the role a broad perspective and an important place in the short horizon of the S&OP process.

What you will have the opportunity to work with:

• Optimize the production plan for the best possible total economy in collaboration with the Supply Network Planner, while handling daily priorities and changing conditions.
• Plan raw materials for production; send purchase orders and supplier forecasts and maintain ongoing communication with suppliers. If necessary, communicate delivery problems to the central purchasing organization.
• Follow exception-based system processes with great emphasis on maintaining master data.
• Be responsible for handling invoice discrepancies and complaints in collaboration with logistics and quality.
• Analyze discrepancies and follow up on KPIs such as delivery security, inventory value, and scrappage to drive improvements.
• Lead and participate in important meetings within the shorter horizon of the S&OP process, within the factory and together with the central demand planning department.

Profile

We believe you are a person who thrives in a role where structure, analysis, and collaboration go hand in hand. Your career has given you experience from production planning and/or manufacturing industry, and you have an easy time seeing the big picture, prioritizing, and making well-founded decisions even when conditions change. You are confident in acting independently, while appreciating close collaboration with colleagues and cross-functional interfaces. With an efficient and solution-oriented working method, you actively contribute to development, continuous improvements, and a good collaboration climate. Your communication skills, analytical sharpness, and structured approach enable you to create clarity and progress in daily work.

Furthermore, to succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have a university degree in Supply Chain or equivalent education/experience.
• Have good knowledge of business systems, primarily SAP, preferably PPDS.
• Master Swedish and English at an advanced level in both speech and writing.
