You will help customers troubleshoot, analyze, and find solutions within AVEVA's software platform – ranging from simpler inquiries to complex issues requiring deep technical analysis.

You will become part of a specialist team

Here, you will work alongside some of Scandinavia's most experienced specialists in AVEVA products. We share knowledge, solve problems together, and help each other grow. When a question becomes highly complex, we collaborate directly with AVEVA's global support and development organization – you will never be alone.

Your daily routine

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting customers via phone, Teams, and other digital channels
• Troubleshooting complex issues within AVEVA's software platform
• Reproducing, analyzing, and resolving technical errors
• Collaborating with AVEVA's global support organization
• Building specialist expertise in AVEVA products
• Conducting technical walkthroughs and training sessions
• Serving as a technical advisor to both customers and colleagues
• Contributing to high customer satisfaction through fast and professional support

We believe you have experience with several of the following

• AVEVA System Platform
• AVEVA InTouch HMI
• Wonderware
• AVEVA Historian
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Windows Server
• SCADA
• Industrial automation
• PLC systems
• Industrial communication protocols
• OT environments

Additionally, experience with troubleshooting, commissioning, or support of industrial software solutions is a significant plus.

You value customer interaction and have the ability to explain complex technology in a clear and pedagogical manner. At the same time, you thrive in a team environment where knowledge sharing and collaboration are natural parts of the daily routine.

We also believe you have

• Post-secondary education in automation, IT, computer science, or similar
• Experience from industry, automation, or system integration
• Good skills in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian, as well as English
• Interest in industrial digitalization, SCADA, and OT
• Strong technical drive and a willingness to continue developing

The team in Scandinavia is growing and currently consists of 35 employees distributed across sales, marketing, customer service, technical sales, technical support, and finance.
