About the Company

YTAB Group is an industrial group with production in Sweden and Hungary, holding a leading position in the surface treatment of plastic and composite parts, as well as own manufacturing and assembly. We have approximately 100 employees and an annual turnover of around SEK 115 million. In recent years, we have invested over SEK 70 million in our operations – and we are moving forward. Our customers are found in industries such as automotive, medical technology, defense, consumer electronics, and furniture. The recruitment is conducted in cooperation with Wikan Personal.

Your Responsibilities

As a Production Manager here, you will have a central role in the operations, responsible for approximately 25 employees in production. You lead, develop, and inspire your team while driving improvement work and ensuring efficient production with high quality. You report to our Production Director and work closely with both the team and management. The role includes:

• Leading, coaching, and developing your team in daily work
• Planning production, staffing, and resources
• Driving improvement and efficiency work together with employees
• Ensuring good working environment, safety, and handling of personnel matters
• Holding employee meetings and actively working with competence development
• Monitoring production, quality, budget, and economy
• Working with reporting and administrative tasks
• Implementing and following up on routines, instructions, and working methods

Your Background/Qualities

We are looking for you who:

• Are an experienced leader (at least two years) in manufacturing industry where you have had responsibility for working environment and staffing
• Have experience in developing teams and planning production
• Have a high school education, preferably technical (post-secondary education is meritorious)
• Have preferably supplemented with education in leadership, BAM, Lean, or 5S
• Have good computer skills, especially within the Office package and business systems
• Have very good Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B)
