Your Responsibilities

As a Project Manager/Technician within electricity and automation at SBVT, you drive your own smaller projects and participate in larger projects using your professional expertise. You will prepare and order new equipment and services. You also monitor subcontractors' work across our entire geographical area at all facilities operated by SBVT, i.e., waterworks, pressure boosting stations, wastewater treatment plants, and pump stations.

You perform troubleshooting and maintenance work on electricity and automation facilities to some extent and install new equipment in collaboration with local operational staff. Working hours are during the day, 07:00–16:00, with flexibility options. You will become part of a team of three project managers within electricity and automation based in Bromölla. The work takes place at various municipal water and wastewater facilities.

Your Background and Qualities

You who apply for this position have an educational background in electricity and/or automation and experience in project management, whether on a large or small scale.

Professionally, you may have worked as an installation electrician, automation technician, or industrial electrician to be an interesting candidate. You have good knowledge of automation and PLC control. Experience with water and wastewater is an advantage. A Category B driver's license is a requirement for the position.

About SBVT

Skåne Blekinge Vattentjänst AB, also known as SBVT, is a joint operating company whose task is to operate water and wastewater facilities in Bromölla, Olofström, Osby, and Östra Göinge. SBVT is owned by Bromölla Energi & Vatten AB, Olofströms kraft AB, Osby Municipality, and Östra Göinge Municipality.

Together, the four municipalities have over 55,000 inhabitants and approximately 14,000 customers/households are connected to the water and wastewater facilities managed by SBVT. This includes, in addition to over 200 km of water and wastewater pipes, 17 waterworks and 15 wastewater treatment plants.
