In preparation for upcoming customer assignments this autumn, we are now looking for more experienced mechanical designers who want to become part of m4. We are looking for you who have at least 5 years of experience and who wish to continue developing through varied and challenging consultancy assignments.

We are looking for you who are an engaged mechanical designer with a genuine interest in technology, design, and problem-solving.

We believe you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design and product development

• An engineering degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent

• Experience working through the entire design process – from requirements and concept to finished product

• A structured approach and high quality awareness

• Experience working close to customers and taking responsibility for technical solutions

• A curious and solution-oriented personality with an interest in new technical contexts and industries

• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing (requirement)

• Mechanical design and engineering in SolidWorks and/or Inventor

• Product development from idea to finished solution

• Material selection and basic understanding of manufacturing technology

• Developing high-quality technical solutions in close collaboration with customers and other functions

• Experience from the industrial, manufacturing, or automotive industry

• Knowledge of Creo or other CAD tools

• Practical aptitude – perhaps you enjoy building, tinkering, or repairing in your spare time
