About the Role

Do you want to work with land and development issues in a role where you have significant responsibility, short decision-making paths, and the opportunity to grow alongside a expanding company? Our client is in a growth phase with several exciting projects and framework agreements. Therefore, we are strengthening our team and looking for you who want to work with issues related to development, property law, surveying, land negotiation, and project management. Here you will have the opportunity to work with both public and private clients on projects ranging from early ideas and planning processes, land negotiation and contract drafting, to implementation and follow-up. This role is perfect for you who want a varied daily routine, great development opportunities, and freedom with responsibility.

Job Description

As a Land and Development Consultant, you will work broadly within the field of urban planning and become involved in several parts of the planning and development process. The assignments vary in scope and complexity and are carried out for both municipalities and private developers. Your tasks may include, among other things:

• Advisory services regarding land, development, and property law issues
• Detailed planning work and planning processes
• Property law analyses and development calculations
• Drafting of agreements
• Analysis of property portfolios and land negotiations
• Contact with municipalities, authorities, and other stakeholders
• Support in surveying matters and property development projects
• Participation in or responsibility for consulting assignments for municipal operations

No week is like the other. You will work with both strategic and operational issues in close collaboration with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have education in, for example:

• Surveying
• Urban Planning
• Property Law
• Law with relevant specialization
• Urban Planning

or other equivalent education. It is an advantage if you have experience with land and development issues from a municipality, consultancy, or other related activity, but we also welcome those who are at the beginning of their career. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.

Additional Information

Location in Malmö. Travel within the role may occur. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement.
