Job Description & Offer
Do you want to work in a role where sustainability, technical competence, project preparation, and coordination are at the center? We are now looking for a project coordinator with a focus on local adaptations and mobility services. This role is perfect for you if you have sustainability in focus, good technical understanding within real estate, and enjoy creating well-thought-out materials that form the basis for future projects and investments.
The main focus of the role lies in local adaptations, where you are responsible for preparing technical feasibility studies, cost estimates, and decision-making materials prior to implementation. You will become a key link between contractors and our maintenance department.
Local Adaptations
On behalf of our property developers, you are responsible for preparing feasibility studies and coordinating the technical prerequisites for local adaptations. The work involves, among other things:
- Preparing technical feasibility studies and cost estimates for decision-making.
- Evaluating technical solutions based on authority requirements and the building's conditions.
- Coordinating authority requirements and sustainability related to fire safety, ventilation, electricity, water/sewage, sprinklers, cooling, and other building technical installations.
- Engaging in dialogue with internal specialists, contractors, and consultants.
- Preparing materials for procurement and orders for our maintenance department or external contractors.
- Ensuring the correct materials are available prior to project implementation and adhering to sustainability guidelines.
You are not responsible for the execution of the contract, but for preparing the correct technical and economic materials so that the project can be ordered and implemented efficiently.
Mobility Services
On behalf of our districts, you are responsible for preparing calculations, feasibility studies, and coordinating the technical prerequisites during the implementation or new procurement of mobility services. Your work involves, among other things:
- Coordinating the implementation of mobility services in our districts, such as charging infrastructure, car pools, and bike pools.
- Preparing calculations, cost assessments, and decision-making materials prior to investments and procurement.
- Coordinating dialogue with relevant internal functions and external suppliers.
- Following up on implemented measures based on economy, sustainability, and customer benefit.
Here, you become an important part of translating LKF's decided mobility strategy into concrete solutions.
Person Profile
We are looking for you who have experience in sustainability, project management, project coordination, or technical facility management within the real estate industry. You have a good understanding of building technical installations and thrive in a role where you analyze, coordinate, and prepare materials for decisions.
We believe you have:
- Experience with renovation projects or technical building projects with a sustainability focus.
- Good technical understanding of authority requirements in areas such as fire safety, ventilation, electricity, water/sewage, sprinklers, and cooling.
- Experience in preparing feasibility studies and cost estimates as decision-making materials.
- Experience in coordinating various stakeholders and driving issues forward.
- Good understanding of procurement and preferably knowledge of LOU (Swedish Public Procurement Act).
- Experience working with contractors, consultants, or installation projects.
- Experience with commercial premises is an advantage.
As a person, you are structured, analytical, and business-minded with a sustainability focus. You enjoy taking responsibility, find it easy to collaborate with many different functions, and are skilled at translating technical needs into well-thought-out decision-making materials. You work independently, drive your issues forward, and have a solution-oriented approach where sustainability and long-term perspective are always in focus.
To thrive in the role, you are a social and relationship-building person who likes to collaborate and build trust in meetings with others. You are business-minded, structured, and used to driving your work forward on your own.
You are curious, non-hierarchical, and solution-oriented, with the ability to analyze, prioritize, and see the big picture. At the same time, you act with care for people, buildings, and the environment and have an inclusive approach where the equal value of all people is obvious.
