Process Engineer – Help Shape the Future of Production

We are now looking for a Process Engineer for an exciting assignment with an established industrial company. Here you will play a central role in taking new products from quotation and design to efficient and quality-assured production. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal functions, becoming a key link between technology, production, and business.

In this role, you will lead the preparation of new articles, participate in quotation processes, and collaborate with engineers, planning, and production teams to create efficient production flows.

We are looking for someone with an engineering degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of experience in process engineering or industrialization within the manufacturing industry, and good knowledge of BiW (Body-in-White) processes. You are accustomed to reading design drawings, enjoy working in CAD environments such as CATIA and SolidWorks, and communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility. You have a talent for building good relationships and are driven by developing both working methods and processes. We also appreciate if you are curious about how AI and digital tools can contribute to smarter process engineering – from more efficient documentation and information management to better decision-making support and improvements.
