Responsibilities and Duties

As a Senior Project Manager, you have overall responsibility for the execution of projects and ensure that deliveries are made with the right quality, within the agreed time and budget. You lead projects through their entire lifecycle – from planning and execution to installation, commissioning, and handover.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and drive technical projects from start to finish.
• Be responsible for project economics, schedules, and resource planning.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
• Identify and manage technical, commercial, and financial risks.
• Ensure projects are executed according to customer requirements, contracts, and set goals.
• Drive improvements and create solutions when challenges arise.
• Monitor project status and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in installation, commissioning, and handover to the customer.

Your Profile

We are looking for a confident and business-minded project manager with experience driving technical projects in complex environments. You are accustomed to taking holistic responsibility, creating structure, and engaging people towards common goals.

You have natural leadership skills and thrive in a role where you can combine technology, business, and collaboration. With a solution-oriented approach, you build trust with both customers and colleagues and have the ability to make decisions even when conditions change.

We would like you to have:

• Several years of experience in project management within industry, technology, automation, or manufacturing.
• Post-secondary education in technology, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Good technical understanding and an interest in technical solutions.
• Experience with project budgets, resource planning, and financial follow-up.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Merits

• Experience in automation, robotics, or mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PMP, IPMA, or Prince2.
• Experience in risk management and contract management.
• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation.
• Experience with CAD or 3D modeling.
