Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting and responsible consultancy role within the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry? On behalf of our client, we are now seeking a driven Laboratory Engineer who wants to take on a key role in their validation and qualification work. This is the perfect assignment for you if you thrive in a quality-driven environment and want to contribute your expertise to a modern analytical laboratory. The assignment lasts for 6 months with a planned start after the summer of 2026. The workplace requires physical presence at the analytical laboratory for certain parts of the assignment, but there is also flexibility for some remote work.

Responsibilities
About the assignment
In the role of consultant, you will support the business in planning, executing, and documenting validation and qualification activities. You ensure that all work is carried out in strict compliance with current regulatory requirements (GxP).
Your main tasks:
- Qualification: Focus on the qualification of laboratory equipment and systems, including IQ/OQ/PQ.
- Risk Management: Conducting risk analyses and risk assessments.
- Documentation: Ensuring accurate and traceable documentation according to current quality requirements.
Qualifications
Who are you?
To succeed in the role, we see that you have substantial experience with validation in a laboratory environment and thrive working independently and in a structured manner. As a person, you are analytical, meticulous, and have good problem-solving skills.
Your qualifications:
- Education: Relevant university degree in chemistry, pharmacy, biotechnology, or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous work in a quality-driven environment within pharmaceuticals or medical technology (such as GMP, GLP, or ISO13485).
- Expertise: Good understanding of qualification processes (IQ/OQ/PQ) as well as risk analyses.
- Languages: Very good proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Merits:
- Experience with analysis using chromatography systems (GC, GC headspace, HPLC).
- Good understanding of computerized systems.
