Job Description

In the role of Property Manager, you have overall responsibility for the properties within your area. You work in close collaboration with other property roles within the organization. There is a strong focus on customer relations, and you will be the primary contact person for property matters towards operations and tenants (primarily public core operations such as schools, education, culture/recreation, and care/elderly care, but also external tenants).

Your main areas of responsibility and tasks:

• Ongoing contact with tenants and operations, including customer meetings and site visits.
• Economic and budget work, including ongoing financial reporting and forecasting for your property portfolio.
• Maintenance planning and updating of maintenance plans.
• Handling of authority requirements and ensuring that current safety regulations are followed.
• Minor project work and operational adaptations.
• Participation in emergency preparedness work and general development of the properties within your area.

Required Qualifications

• Relevant university or college degree (e.g., in property business, land surveying) or equivalent education deemed relevant for the role.
• Good knowledge of property management as well as several years of experience in facility management and working with property-related issues.
• Experience in economic work within property management, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in relationship-building work with high customer contact.
• Knowledge and experience of procurement according to LOU (the Swedish Public Procurement Act) as well as rental law.
• Knowledge of authority requirements and safety regulations for properties.
• You have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Additional Information

• Contract period: 2026-08-24 – 2027-03-31 (possibility of a 6-month extension).
• Scope: 100% (Full-time).
• Location: Lund (with the possibility of approx. 40% remote work).
