We are now looking for a Junior Procurement Project Manager and/or Material Planner for an exciting assignment in Lund. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a high-tech environment where you become an important part of the project team and contribute to ensuring efficient procurement and material flows.

About the assignment

In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and drive procurement-related activities in various projects. Depending on your experience, you can work with project procurement, material planning, or a combination of both. You will have a varied daily routine where you collaborate with several different functions and contribute to delivering projects according to plan.

Your responsibilities

• 📦 Plan and coordinate procurement activities in projects
• 📊 Ensure material availability and efficient material flows
• 🤝 Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• 📈 Follow up on deliveries, procurement, and planning
• ⚙️ Work in ERP systems and support daily operations

We are looking for someone who has

• ✅ 1–3 years of experience in procurement, material planning, supply chain, or logistics
• ✅ Relevant education in areas such as procurement, logistics, supply chain, industrial economics, or production technology
• ✅ Experience working in projects or handling multiple parallel tasks
• ✅ Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Advantageous

• ⭐ Experience with ERP systems
• ⭐ Experience from manufacturing industry or technical operations
