We are now looking for a Team Manager who wants to drive the development of our operations in the Power South region, based in Malmö, Lund, or Halmstad. The team currently consists of engaged employees working with preparation, design, electrical engineering, and project management within the transmission grid, regional grid, and local grid.

As Team Manager, you work closely with our customers and employees with the aim of contributing to a good customer and employee experience, growth, and profitability. You recognize the importance of developing your team to create a stimulating and welcoming workplace. You are responsible for employee follow-up, creating individual development plans, recruiting new employees, and leading the employees and team towards our strategic goals. A very important part of the Team Manager role involves creating and maintaining relationships with customers, networking within the industry, and working on sales to continue our business development. With you as a leader, we see the group and the business continuing to grow.

In this role, you also work directly on customer assignments, for example as Project Manager or Assignment Manager, but it could also be in other roles depending on your background and competence.

We are looking for you who have a long background from the energy and power industry. We see that you have previous experience working with leadership and business development. We would prefer that you have previously worked in a consulting firm, with a power contractor, or with a grid owner. If you have previously worked on and driven projects within regional and transmission grids, this is highly meritorious. To succeed in the role, we see that you have an established network within the energy and power industry to create business value and build strong customer relationships. You have a technical education or other education combined with an interest in technology and relevant work experience.

As a person, you are good at building good long-term relationships with employees and customers. You have good analytical skills, are business-driven, and proactive. Furthermore, we see that you are passionate about employee development, sales, and business development issues. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
