We are now looking for an experienced Production Engineer for our manufacturing unit with a growing need for production capacity and value-adding activities.

Job Description
In the role of Production Engineer, you will drive continuous improvement projects and other initiatives, such as expanding production capacity. You will support the LEAN mindset throughout the organization and analyze and improve material flow and work methods. An important part of your work will be to review deviation data and suggest and implement improvements, not only within production but also improvements involving other departments. You will also be involved in the preparation of new products and audits.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a degree in engineering or equivalent experience and solid experience in production, production management, quality systems, and LEAN. Ideally, you have good experience with business systems, preferably SAP. You are attentive and confident in your skills with a drive and ability to influence and inspire others. You have strong analytical skills with a structured approach. You are resilient under stress, understand the importance of meeting deadlines, and see opportunities instead of limitations. You have good communication skills and are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
