As a Senior Infrastructure Consultant, you will drive our most advanced technical assignments forward. You have solid experience with Azure, AVD, VMware, and/or Hyper-V and thrive in a role where you can both design solutions and actively participate in building them.

You will engage early in customer dialogues, analyze current environments, and develop scalable and secure platforms that meet the business requirements. The role suits you if you are used to working both strategically and operationally – and enjoy being the one who “makes things happen”.

• Design modern infrastructure solutions in Azure, including Azure Virtual Desktop, networking, identity, storage, and security.
• Develop high-quality architectures in VMware and Hyper-V.
• Analyze the customer's existing environment and translate needs into sustainable technical solutions.

• Build and configure new environments from scratch to full operation.
• Conduct migrations to Azure, VMware, or Hyper-V.
• Deliver complete solutions – networking, security, servers, and integrations.

• Conduct feasibility studies, technical reviews, and workshops with clients.
• Provide recommendations on design choices, cost optimization, and licensing models.
• Act as a technical sounding board for both salespeople and clients.

• Ensure that solutions follow best practices and our guidelines.
• Document environments and processes in a structured manner.
• Participate in handover to the support team and contribute to advanced cases.

• Strong experience with Azure – preferably with relevant certifications.
• Deep knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), scaling, security, and operations.
• Experience with VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V.
• Good understanding of networking: VPN, routing, segmentation, firewall configuration.
• Knowledge of identity, security, and client management (Azure AD/Entra, MFA, Intune).

• At least 3–5 years of experience in advanced infrastructure design and implementation.
• Experience with migrations and project responsibility.
• Used to working closely with clients and taking the lead in technical assignments.

• Independent and confident in your skills.

• Communicative and accustomed to dialogues at both technical and business levels.
