All properties have a history. Some are filled every morning with children heading to school. Others are meeting places for culture, sports, or care. What they have in common is that they need a dedicated property manager who sees both the big picture and the details.

We are now looking for two property managers for an exciting consulting assignment with a large public organization in Lund. Here you will have a varied role where you combine business acumen, technical knowledge, economics, and customer relations – while contributing to well-functioning societal properties.

As a property manager, you have overall responsibility for your own property portfolio and work closely with technical managers, project managers, and other specialists. You are the natural contact for tenants and operations, ensuring that the properties are developed in a sustainable, economical, and long-term manner.

No two days are alike. One day you lead a customer meeting regarding future space needs, the next day you follow up on a budget, plan maintenance, or ensure that regulatory requirements are met.

You will primarily work with:

• Overall management of your own property portfolio
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial work
• Long-term maintenance planning
• Customer meetings and ongoing dialogue with tenants and operations
• Site visits and follow-up on the status of the properties
• Minor renovation and adaptation projects
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety regulations
• Coordination with contractors and internal functions
• Procurement and contracts within the framework of LOU (Public Procurement Act)
• You will primarily work with municipal operations such as schools, education, culture, leisure, as well as care and healthcare, but also have contact with external tenants and other property owners.

• Work model: Hybrid, approx. 40% remote work

To be successful in this role, you need

• Relevant university or college degree such as real estate business, land surveying, or equivalent education assessed as relevant by the client.
• Good knowledge of property management and several years of experience in facility management and working with property-related issues.
• Experience in financial work within property management, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge and experience of procurement according to LOU (Public Procurement Act) and rental law.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety regulations for properties.
• You have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• You have a valid driver's license (Category B)
