VVS Project Manager with Great Drive Joining IVAB Kristianstad

We are now looking for an experienced VVS (Plumbing, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Project Manager for our branch in Kristianstad. About the Role

As a Project Manager, you play a central and crucial role in driving and coordinating projects from start to finish. You are responsible for ensuring that work flows smoothly and efficiently. This entails responsibility for economy, quality, working environment, and documentation, as well as ensuring that projects are carried out according to set goals and timeframes.

Common responsibilities:

• Review project documentation with the lead technician and prepare risk analysis, self-control checks, and project goals
• Distribute responsibilities and tasks within the work group
• Build and maintain customer relationships through professional interaction
• Monitor project finances and ensure correct invoicing and cost tracking
• Order materials
• Ensure a good working environment by following laws, regulations, and the company's operational systems
• Handle project administration, including documentation and reporting in the company's systems and project management software
• Participate in the recruitment process for new technicians and ensure a good induction, leading, and motivating the team

Travel is required within the role.

Who are you?

We are primarily looking for someone who has held a similar role before and understands what the job entails. It is important that you have experience in the VVS trade and can help guide our technicians in their daily work. You should also have good computer skills and preferably experience with invoicing and similar administrative tasks. Since we want to promote an open culture, it is important that you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and not afraid to take on different types of tasks. We believe you have good customer service skills and are service-oriented. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good knowledge of the Office package and otherwise good digital skills
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Personal suitability will be given great weight.

Experience and knowledge within refrigeration, medical gases, and costing is a big plus.
