On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a consultant within property management in Lund. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on 2026-08-24 and run until 2027-03-31, with the possibility of a 6-month extension.
About the assignment
Our client is looking for two property managers who want to contribute to professional and long-term management of a diverse property portfolio within municipal operations. You will have overall responsibility for your own property area and work closely with both internal colleagues and the operations to ensure well-functioning, sustainable, and cost-effective properties.
In this role, you are the primary contact person for property matters towards tenants and the municipality's operations. You are responsible for the economy, budget, and forecasts for your property portfolio, as well as planning and follow-up of maintenance, regulatory requirements, safety issues, and operational adaptations. The role also involves driving smaller projects, conducting site visits, holding customer meetings, and collaborating with other property functions to develop the properties in a long-term and business-oriented manner.
The property portfolio includes municipal operations such as schools, culture, leisure, healthcare, and social care, which means many contact points and close collaboration with both tenants and operation representatives.

About you
We are looking for you who meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Relevant university or college degree such as property business, land surveying, or equivalent education assessed as relevant by the employer.
- Good knowledge of property management as well as several years of experience in facility management and work with property-related issues.
- Experience in economic work within property management, including budget and forecasting.
- Experience in relationship-building work with significant customer contact.
- Knowledge and experience of procurement according to LOU (the Public Procurement Act) as well as rental law.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety regulations for properties.
- You have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
It is meritorious if you also meet the following requirements:
- Experience as a Manager in municipal operations

We are looking for someone who is responsible, structured, and has a business-oriented approach. You enjoy taking overall responsibility for your property portfolio and work independently while having an easy time collaborating with colleagues, tenants, and other stakeholders.
You are communicative, service-oriented, and skilled at building long-term relationships. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented, have good planning skills, and thrive in a role where you need to prioritize between several different tasks simultaneously.
