We are currently looking for a Property Manager for a consultancy assignment within the public sector. In this role, you will have overarching responsibility for your own property portfolio and will work closely with other functions within property management. The assignment involves many contact points where you are responsible for creating and developing good relationships with operations, tenants, and other stakeholders, while ensuring efficient and sustainable property management.

As a Property Manager, you are responsible for the ongoing management of a property portfolio with a focus on economy, budget, planning, and development. You work with budgeting and forecasting, monitor financial results, and ensure that maintenance plans are kept up to date. The role also involves leading smaller projects, planning operational adaptations, and ensuring that regulatory requirements and safety regulations are complied with. You have a strong focus on customer relations and serve as the primary contact person for property matters regarding operations and tenants. The work includes customer meetings, site visits, collaboration with various stakeholders, as well as participation in emergency preparedness work and the development of the properties.

• Relevant university or higher education degree in, for example, property business, land surveying, or other education considered equivalent.

• Good knowledge of property management.

• Several years of experience in facility management and work with property-related issues.

• Experience in financial work within property management, including budgeting and forecasting.

• Experience in relationship-building work with extensive customer contact.

• Knowledge and experience of procurement according to LOU (Swedish Public Procurement Act).

• Knowledge of rental law.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety regulations related to properties.

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Valid driver's license (Category B).

• Location: Lund.

• Opportunity for approximately 40% remote work.

• Scope: Full-time (100 %).

• Assignment period: 2026-08-24 – 2027-03-31, with the possibility of extension for up to 6 months.
