Your Responsibilities

As a Constructor, you will play a central role in the design of piping systems for HVDC projects. HVDC technology is used to efficiently transmit electricity over long distances with minimal losses, making it particularly valuable in renewable energy and international power projects.

In this role, you will work on the design and 3D modeling of pipes and pipe supports to construct cooling systems used in HVDC projects. Your work is crucial to ensure that these cooling systems effectively regulate the temperature in high-voltage installations and meet technical requirements and customer needs. You will have significant responsibility and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Design and construction of piping systems using Solid Edge
Management of technical challenges and coordination of various project components
Conducting coordination meetings with clients, often in English
Collaboration with the welding workshop and production to ensure that designs function optimally in practice

Requirements:

Education: Engineer, at least YH level
Focus: Mechanical, CAD, or HVAC
Language: Swedish and English, spoken and written

Meritorious:

Experience in piping design
Understanding of calculations
Knowledge of welding
