About the Position

As a packaging operator, you will play a central role in Rechon’s production flow, where your main focus is to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently. The work involves both packaging pharmaceuticals and operating production lines and machines, where you monitor, adjust, and keep the machines running continuously to maintain the highest possible quality. The role is technically varied yet requires fine motor skills and is repetitive, demanding a high pace, accuracy, and concentration throughout the entire work shift.

Examples of Job Responsibilities:

  • Labeling and packaging of products
  • Documentation of work according to GMP
  • Monitoring, operation, and control of machines in the production line

The position is full-time and operates on a rotating 3-shift schedule from Monday to Friday with varying working hours, between 06:00 and 00:00. You will start with a thorough introduction during the first two months during daytime (07:00-15:30), where you will shadow an experienced operator.

We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals who have a genuine interest in the role, and we place great importance on personality, the right attitude, and commitment. To thrive in this role, you need to be meticulous, structured, and able to follow instructions and routines easily. The work is detailed and repetitive, which requires good fine motor skills, focus, and endurance even over extended periods in the same task.

Requirements for the Position

  • Completed high school diploma
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Good understanding of English

Preferred Experience

  • Pharmaceutical production
  • Process industry
  • Experience with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Roles where fine motor skills, accuracy, and multitasking are crucial
  • Knowledge of GMP or experience with documentation requirements

  • The position is a consultancy assignment with a 6-month probationary period via Adecco, with the possibility of extension by the client company
