We are looking for an investment project manager to lead and coordinate investments related to production capabilities and production facilities within the manufacturing industry. You will work closely with production technology, purchasing, and controlling, and be responsible for driving projects from early planning and decision-making to implementation and commissioning. The role involves leading a project group of experienced specialists who develop needs assessments, specifications, and procurement materials.

The assignment includes investments in production equipment and facilities related to shipbuilding, focusing on sheet metal production (e.g., welding, cutting, sheet metal forming, machining, and surface treatment).

• Lead and follow up investment projects against timelines and budgets
• Lead, distribute, and coordinate work within the project group
• Compile and coordinate investment materials for investment approval
• Plan, lead, and coordinate the implementation and commissioning of equipment and production capabilities
• Collaborate with production engineers, purchasers, and controllers in various phases of the project

• Experience with large and medium-sized investment projects
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Ability to lead and coordinate work in project teams
• You express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish and English
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Experience with investments in production facilities and equipment within shipbuilding focusing on sheet metal production
• Experience in production technology work
• Experience with business systems such as Aveva ERM and Hansa
