About the Position

As an operator in preparation and filtration in Bulk Production, you will be an important part of Rechon’s pharmaceutical production. The department is responsible for producing pharmaceutical solutions – from clinical materials to finished products – and the work includes preparation, filtration, and handling of injection and spray products for nasal and oral applications.

The work is primarily performed in classified clean rooms and is conducted according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), where high demands are placed on quality, documentation, and production hygiene. The role is varied and combines practical laboratory and production work with documentation and improvement work, giving you the opportunity to contribute to both safe production and the development of working methods.

The position is full-time and operates during the day. You will receive internal training at Rechon for the various tasks included in the role.

Examples of Responsibilities:

Work in clean rooms according to aseptic working techniques
Preparation and filtration of pharmaceutical solutions
Weighing and sampling of raw materials and active substances
Microbiological sampling of water and premises
Reviewing and compiling production and batch documentation
Organizing sample shipments, both internally and externally
Ordering, sample handling, and inventory work in the department
Reporting and documenting work according to GMP
Registration and follow-up in the business system (Jeeves)
Participation in continuous improvement work within the department

Requirements for the Position

Completed high school diploma
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Good understanding of English

Preferred Experience

Experience in pharmaceutical production
Work in clean rooms or other controlled environments
Experience in preparation, filtration, or similar process work
Experience in clean room work or related education
Experience in the food industry

The position is a consultancy assignment with a 6-month probationary period via Adecco, with the possibility of extension by the client company
