Do you want to help drive our electronics production forward? We are now looking for a driven and committed Production Manager who wants to take responsibility for both people and processes in a dynamic environment. With us, you will have the opportunity to lead a competent team, develop working methods, and drive improvement projects that make a real difference. If you are passionate about quality, efficiency, and technology – then this is the role for you!
About the role
As a Production Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing production within your area. You have personnel responsibility and work closely with your team to create a safe and efficient work environment. The role involves planning and following up on production, ensuring high quality, and driving improvement work to optimize our processes and working methods.
An important part of the role is to act as a central communication point between customer teams and production – you ensure that information flows smoothly and that customer requirements and expectations are translated into practical solutions in production.
Your tasks include:
· Leading and coaching employees in production, including personnel responsibility
· Ensuring that production meets quality requirements and delivery times
· Driving improvement projects and developing processes for efficiency and quality
· Planning and following up on the daily work of production
· Collaborating with other departments to achieve common goals
Who are you?
We believe that you have leadership experience and are a communicative person who inspires and motivates others. We prefer that you have previous experience from production, preferably within electronics or similar, and have a strong quality mindset. You are structured, have the ability to prioritize, are solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where you have the opportunity to collaborate and influence. A technical interest and understanding of production processes is a great advantage.
It is an advantage if you have experience in contract manufacturing or electronics manufacturing. Experience with business systems, especially IFS, and good knowledge of Excel are also advantageous. Since we operate in an international environment, you need to communicate well in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.
What we offer
With us, you will have an exciting and developing role in a company with high technical competence. We offer the opportunity to influence and improve processes in a dynamic environment and an engaged team, as well as a workplace focused on quality and customer satisfaction. We provide good opportunities for professional development and a workplace where the balance between work and private life is important.
Warm welcome with your application!
