On behalf of our client, Unik Resurs is looking for a Project Leader – Production Facility & Equipment. We are seeking someone who wants to take a central role in leading and coordinating investments related to production facilities and equipment for our client in Landskrona. The assignment starts immediately and lasts for 6–12 months with good opportunities for extension.

Responsibilities and Duties

In the role of project leader, you will lead and coordinate investments with responsibility for timelines, budgets, procurement, and implementation of production capabilities and facilities.

You will work closely with experienced production engineers and purchasers who drive needs analysis, specifications, and commissioning of equipment and production solutions. The project team also includes controllers. Property-related investments are managed separately by the client’s Property organization.

Main Responsibilities

Lead and follow up investments against timelines and budgets
Lead and distribute tasks within the project group
Coordinate investment documentation for approval
Plan and lead implementation and commissioning of equipment and production solutions

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

Experience from larger and medium-sized investment projects
Experience from the manufacturing industry
Preferably experience in production technology work
Good ability to work socially, build relationships, and create team spirit
A self-driven and goal-oriented work style
Strong technical interest and a solution-oriented approach
Good structure, planning ability, and organization
Preferably experience working in business systems
