Technical Project Manager
Do you want to lead technical projects from start to finish in an innovative and customer-focused environment? Do you have a broad mechanical engineering understanding and knowledge of design, production control, and purchasing? Then you could be our next Technical Project Manager.
EMVE Sweden AB is a leading player in the development and production of machines and complete production lines for the food industry. We deliver both standalone machines and turnkey solutions and are known for our high quality, innovation, and customized solutions.
We are now looking for a Technical Project Manager who can take responsibility for project management of new installations and development projects, in close collaboration with customers, internal teams, and partners.
About the Position
As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring that our customer projects are successfully executed – from the first customer contact to final installation. You will work on both new installations and development projects and have close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
You will be the link between customers, sales/marketing, design, purchasing, production, and installation/service. As a Technical Project Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, with the right quality and good profitability.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Project management from start to finish – Responsible for planning, execution, and follow-up of technical projects.
- Coordinate and lead collaboration between the sales department, design, production, purchasing, and service.
- Ensure technical solutions and feasibility – Act as a technical advisor and problem solver during the project's progress.
- Customer contact and collaboration with partners – Ensure that the project meets the customer's needs and expectations.
- Follow-up on timelines – Ensure that projects stay within budget and schedule.
- Travel as needed (up to 30 overnight stays per year). Travel is primarily within the Nordic region for customer visits, installations, and follow-ups.
You will report to the Production Manager.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who has:
- Broad mechanical engineering understanding – Experience with machines, production equipment, or automation.
- Experience in project management and development projects – Either as a project manager or in a role with significant project responsibility.
- University or college education – Preferably an engineer, but other relevant education and experience may also be considered.
- Good communication skills, attentiveness, and collaboration ability – You can drive projects forward in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- A commercial and results-oriented mindset – Understanding of the business and the importance of profitable projects.
- Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
It is an advantage if you have experience from machine manufacturers, the food industry, or other process industries.

- Listening and diplomatic – You understand the customer's needs and can navigate various stakeholders' demands and wishes.
- Communicative and a natural leader – You can inspire and lead both internal teams and external partners.
- Business-minded and customer-oriented – You have a strong focus on customer benefit and project profitability.
A valid driver's license (B) is required for the position.
