Job Description

As an electrical designer with us, you will be part of our dedicated team within Advanced Automation in Lund. You will work on both small and large projects, from design and upgrades to new construction and implementation of new systems within the industry. Here, you will follow the projects from idea to finished solution, giving you a deep understanding of the entire process.

In this role, you will work on the design of, among other things, control cabinets, upgrades of existing systems, and the new construction of entirely new systems. You will also work with commissioning in electrical systems and act as a mentor during installations. With us, you will work on a wide portfolio of projects across various industries, providing you with a varied and developing work environment. The role of Electrical Designer is both broad and varied, allowing you to adapt the role to your experiences and future goals.

Qualifications

As a person, you are proactive, open, and responsible. You have a genuine interest in electrical design and the development of the industry, which drives you to constantly seek new solutions and improvements. We highly value a good business-like approach, as our points of contact, both internally and externally, are based on collaboration and good relationships. Additionally, we appreciate if you can coach and support junior colleagues.

Beyond these personal qualities, we believe you will thrive and succeed in the role if you have a technical education at the university or vocational level, as well as several years of experience as an electrical designer within low voltage and machine control. You are accustomed to working with tools such as E-plan and dimensioning tools. Since you will be a mentor during installations, we prefer that you are an authorized electrical installer. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have a driver's license (B) as travel is a natural part of our assignments.
