JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In our operations, we work to be cost-effective and ensure that we keep our premises and buildings functional. The prioritized areas are maintenance planning, customer dialogue, regulatory requirements, and finance.

You will be responsible for maintenance planning in the total property portfolio from condition assessment to ordering PLU and planning reinvestments. You will also collaborate with the project side that carries out the construction projects.

In your role as a property manager, you will meet all the operations that utilize the premises we manage. We meet with the operations through planned meetings as well as spontaneous visits.

As a property manager, you are responsible for planning and outcomes of the finances for your area. Your responsibility is to follow up and budget for your area. We work together with the finance department, which is available as support for follow-up and budgeting. You are also the responsible purchaser for your area and handle invoices related to the work that is ordered, which occurs continuously.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree as a property or construction engineer, property manager, or equivalent education that we find suitable. We prefer that you have experience working in a politically governed organization.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience in property management, lease agreements, and lease law. We also see that you have experience in technical, customer, and financial management.

• You have a good ability to express yourself in both spoken and written Swedish.
• You hold at least a class B driving license.

There is an opportunity to combine the job with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment will be based on the needs of the operations.
