Description

We are looking for a temporary HR specialist who wants to contribute to cutting-edge HR work.

As an HR specialist with us, you will have a significant role where your daily work is stimulating and no day is like the other. The foundation of our work is our values, which are realized through trust, responsibility, respect, and care.

You will work with HR issues centrally and support managers in the environmental and building administration and technical administration. Your immediate supervisor is the HR manager. Your colleagues include HR specialists, payroll and pension administrators, health developers, and public health strategists. Your collaboration areas are diverse, and you will have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally with us.

Responsibilities

You will have a broad and varied assignment that spans the entire HR area. You will work need-driven with the organization's goals in focus. We prefer that you apply knowledge and experience in a service-oriented, professional, and consultative manner. You will be a close support to managers regarding rehabilitation, labor law issues, workplace environment issues, collaboration, and organizational development. Together with other HR functions, you will participate in developing and implementing cross-municipal HR processes and working methods. You will be responsible for the municipality's system for managing, administering, and following up on workplace environment incidents.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a university degree in human resources or an equivalent degree, experience in qualified HR work, and system management of HR systems. It is an advantage if you have worked in the public sector.

You are secure and professional in your role and ensure that collegial collaboration drives the development of HR work forward. Furthermore, you have a coaching approach, are clear in your communication, and have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Conditions

Full-time.
Temporary position for 1 year with the possibility of extension.
Start date according to agreement.

Interviews are planned for weeks 3 and 4.

Personality tests may be used in the selection process.
