We are now looking for you, a rising star who wants to develop and take the next step in recruitment, relationship building, and business development. We are particularly interested in those who also want to be part of our continued growth as a company – a journey you will undertake in close collaboration with both founders and employee colleagues.
Who are we at OIO?
With extensive combined experience in recruitment and business development, we – Armin, Joachim, Dino & Gustav – founded OIO. We help people find the right place – where they feel safe, inspired, and ready to give more of themselves. By getting to know people, teams, and organizations in depth, we create matches that last over time. Almost four years into our journey, we have become a team in Gothenburg consisting of an additional 11 employees besides us. Additionally, we have also established ourselves in Stockholm and Malmö.
As a Consultant Manager, you will be part of our Operations department. Here, in close collaboration with the team, you will play a key role in ensuring a personal and genuine candidate experience, and thereby qualitative matches for our partners. We also work closely with our consultants who are out on assignments, where you will have significant responsibility for your consultants. Beyond your immediate team, you will have daily collaborations with our Sales department, as well as our external partners.
To thrive with us, we believe you are someone who wants to work and develop in an entrepreneurial environment characterized by close collaboration, short decision-making paths, and significant authority. We are a collection of goal-oriented individuals who place great focus on performance – and with that said, ultimately also results.
OIO is part of U Group (https://www.u-group.se/), which also includes Friday (https://friday.se/).
What do we offer?
In addition to the opportunity to help establish OIO as a natural career and recruitment partner, we promise significant personal development opportunities for those with ambition and drive. You will work daily with us who founded OIO and thus benefit from our many years of experience in the industry. You will also be surrounded by inspiring colleagues, candidates, consultants & partners. We also strongly believe in having fun along the way. Therefore, you can expect a celebration or two as we reach new milestones in our establishment and growth.
What will you do?
Your primary work will involve networking, recruitment, personnel administration, and leadership towards your consultants. The recruitment work specifically includes search, phone screenings, selection, ad writing, interviews, and tests. As this is a business-close role, it also involves close dialogue with our partners who turn to us for competence supply purposes.
A genuine interest in people, professionalism, business acumen, and a clear performance culture are our keys to success. Therefore, it is crucial that you work with a strong sense of responsibility and a personal approach in everything you undertake. We are also a group that puts the team first in everything we do – this way, we have reason to celebrate together along the way for our continued establishment and growth.
What is your background?
To develop, succeed, and thrive in the role of Consultant Manager, we see that you have:
- A relevant post-secondary education in areas such as HR, economics, administration, or sales
- 1-2 years of work experience in recruitment
- Previous experience in a relationship- and performance-driven role
- You speak and write fluently in Swedish and are comfortable using English in both speech and writing as this is frequently used in contact with candidates and partners.
It is advantageous if you have experience from the consulting and recruitment industry. However, the most important thing is that you genuinely have a passion for working with people, recruitment, and business. A large part of our assessment will therefore be based on your personal qualities.
As a person, we see that you are unpretentious and flexible, as we are in a phase of establishment and growth, and tasks may vary. You are a strongly results-oriented person who identifies and sets challenging goals for your own work. You plan to achieve your goals in the form of sub-goals and activities and work focused to achieve the desired results. This is important as you have significant freedom to plan your days and weeks – but always with an expectation of moving forward with high efficiency and business acumen. In addition, we hope that you, like us, are unafraid to test new paths in the work with the ambition to become the best at what we do and build the strongest relationships with both candidates and partners. With high ambitions, great commitment, and interest, we are convinced that you will not only become our next colleague – but also a key person in the long term.
