Responsibilities

About the position

As an HR Specialist at BRG, you work closely with the HR Manager and are a secure, clear, and inspiring partner to both managers and employees. The role is broad and varied – you work across the entire HR field, with in-depth responsibility in selected areas.

The assignment is both strategic and operational. This means that you are involved in developing working methods, structure, and culture while also handling everyday HR issues. You interpret and apply labor law and collective agreements, drive and manage complex HR cases, and support the HR Manager and management during changes in the organization and regulations.

You will be part of the Operations Support team, a group of ten specialists in finance, HR, IT, law, procurement, document management, and management support. HR is its own group within the department, with its own budget responsibility. Together, we create value for the entire organization and contribute to a strong culture and an attractive employer brand.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Relevant academic education in HR, or other education deemed equivalent
• Experience in broad HR work, preferably from both public and private sectors
• Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish

Meritorious

• Experience in wage formation
• Experience in job evaluation and career development
• Experience in change management
• Experience in collaboration with trade union representatives
