EHF AB is a family-owned and entrepreneur-driven investment company with a strong local presence in the Uddevalla region. EHF is the main owner of the real estate company Real Fastigheter AB (publ), which is listed on NGM Nordic SME and actively works to strengthen the company's central functions through coordination with other financial functions within the EHF group.

As Real Fastigheter's headquarters is moving to Uddevalla, we are now looking for an accounting manager who wants to take overall responsibility for the company's accounting and help develop structures, processes, and working methods in a growing and professional company.

The position is employed by Real Fastigheter AB but also involves close cooperation with EHF's other financial functions.

Your responsibilities

As the accounting manager for Real Fastigheter, you have overall responsibility for the company's accounting and financial reporting. You work independently and broadly while having access to support and collaboration within the EHF group.

Your tasks include, among others:

- Ongoing accounting

- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Preparation of annual reports and tax returns

- VAT and tax management

- Reporting to management and the board

- Collaboration with auditors and external parties

- Development and streamlining of financial processes

You report to the CFO.

About the role

Real Fastigheter is a listed real estate company that owns, manages, and develops commercial properties. The role is broad and responsible, and the coordination with EHF's financial functions is a deliberate setup to create quality and efficiency.

The position is full-time and based in Uddevalla.

Your profile

- Post-secondary education in finance/accounting

- Several years of experience in qualified accounting work

- Independent in financial statements and annual reports

- Good system skills, preferably Hogia and Excel

- Experience from the real estate industry is an advantage
